LEED v4 and v4.1, aligned execution with landfill diversion targets typically ≥75%, and a COR®-certified health and safety management system administered by IHSA in Ontario.

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry and six years as a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Nicholas brings extensive management expertise and a disciplined, client-focused approach to every project. He works to understand their objectives and expectations, ensuring projects are professionally managed and successfully delivered.
